a long time later. a long range warp pad ready as they embark on a mission about assassinating the leader of a rebellion in a far off planet. they are interrupted with a message saying Rain is being summoned by high ranking Diamond official. as they arrive a diamond spear flies toward Rain.. but in an instant Vana generates and blocks it with his greatsword. “WHY!” Vana said. the Diamond official replies “we have no place for imperfections”. at this moment Vana and Rain realized.. the Dimond Authority has discovered Rain’s semi-corrupted gem (caused by her injury in the battles in the dead planet). and at that instant they break for it. Vana crushing any droids in the way and Rain slicing open doors. Vana: “where do we go we have nowhere in homeworld to hide” Rain: “oh i know the warp pad” they keep running and destroying anything in their path.

Vana and Rain sees the long range warp pad on the platform. they run for it but Vana sensed danger.. he looks back and then a spear hits his gem, almost splitting it in two. as he falls back Rain catches him and carries him to the warp pad. as enemies surround them Vana uses his remaining strength to summon his greatsword and enlarge it to an insane level and smashing all the platform’s supports. the entire platform falls but at that instant Vana and Rain teleport out.. to the planet the assassination mission was to happen.. Earth.

they reach a hidden cave in earth.. Rain is crying as Vana’s body slowly dies. Vana: “dont worry Rainy ill just comeback and you better not turn to a monster when i do” Rain: cries with a smile: “b-but you better comeback promise” Vana: “promise”…they kissed as Vana’s body disintegrates to nothing. leaving behind his broken gem. Rain waits in a dark corner in a hidden cave… for the next 6000 years…. only to be interrupted by a young boy. Steven universe.
